Swim lessons are about over for her. She can swim and float and grab the wall like a champion – all while whining throughout the entire 10 minutes. Tomorrow, we try the fully clothed survival swim. She’ll do fine.
As much of a fuss that she puts up about swimming lessons, that girl is the first one to grab her bathing suit if she even hears the word pool around here. It was another gorgeous day here. I don’t remember it ever being only 80* in May. But my favorite part of summer is these late afternoon swims. The boys make up games, they don’t fight, they have splash contests, they don’t fight, they see how far their dives can take them without swimming, they don’t fight. :)
Life is good.
